Are you interested in supporting the next Caves Beach Connect Event? We have been working hard to lay the foundation for business networking in Caves Beach so locals and greater Lake Macquarie businesses can learn, network and grow.
With our goal of running 4 networking events per year and with 5 already under our belt, we have learned what it takes to get a Caves Beach Connect event successfully up and running, so now we want to make it easy for you to get involved.
Here’s what we’ve learned …
Foremost it takes a venue and catering team that is willing to host us. In Caves Beach we have been spoilt for choice on collaborations with the awesome teams at The Mawson, Caves Beach SLSC and Caves Coastal Bar and Bungalows.
Secondly it takes a sponsor or group of sponsors, willing to pay for drinks and catering, keeping our event FREE and open to attend. So far we have had the amazing support of;

Last but not least, it takes marketing to get the word out and communicate the event. This has been done through FREE Social Media Posts and Email Alerts to a database of over 200 businesses listed on Caves Beach Connect website, culminating in 5 previous events, where we have had the pleasure of networking and meeting over 250 participants. This has been great exposure to the sponsors that have been gracious enough to support our community.

Event Sponsorship Options.
Sponsors have the choice of mixing and matching silver and bronze sponsorship options where silver would be communicated as the major sponsor.
For example one sponsor could choose to host the event as the silver sponsor leaving the opportunity to collaborate with two bronze sponsors, where the silver is communicated as the major sponsor and the two bronze sponsors represented as the minor sponsors. Alternatively 4 bronze sponsors may choose to collaborate at equal standing.
Gold – $2200 (inc GST)
As a gold sponsor you are the sole sponsor of this event and can set the theme and agenda for event proceedings, plus;

- Your sponsorship covers the cost of one free wine or beer and canapés for 50-70 guests
- Free social media marketing and email marketing in collaboration with psyborg® as marketing sponsor

Silver – $1100 (inc GST)
As a silver sponsor you are partnering with another local business to collaborate on the theme and agenda for this event.

although the businesses themselves may not necessarily operate in Caves Beach.
Our guiding principle for listing a business is for anyone that lives in or around Caves Beach and owns or
operates a business inside or outside of Caves Beach.
We want it to be a vehicle to encourage networking and for locals to support locals.
