Beachside Pilates Studio is a fully equipped boutique Pilates Studio in the heart of Caves Beach, offering a variety of Private and Semi-Private Studio sessions (4:1 Client to Instructor ratio) for people of all ages and abilities. Online Pilates Matwork Classes are also available.
Established in 2014, Beachside Pilates Studio continues to provide quality service, support and education to local clients. Using the Pilates Method to balance the body we enable people to continue doing what they love to do, with out the aches and pains!
